Vide Geiger
Vide is a performer combining folk, world music, and modern acoustic rock. His music is influenced by Peter Gabriel, Pink Floyd, and Dave Matthews Band.
Vide's artistry combines intricate guitar playing with a deep understanding of songwriting that captures the imagination and makes feet move to inviting rhythms.
As the lead guitarist in the cult band Jordbandet from southern Sweden, Vide weaves 70s rock with a modern and soulful spark, conveying playfulness and emotion to the listener.
Born in an intentional community (Moder Jord) in southern Sweden, his musical path traveled across the Atlantic Ocean to New Hampshire, to Härnösand, and Toronto, and he now resides in Helsingborg, Sweden.
